Several major achievements include: To transform DCB into a new drug translational research institute working closely with academic institutes and industries; Top management recruiting (2 VPs, 3 Executive Directors, 1 Director); Tox facility and biologics CGMP facility spin-offs; DCB 5-year (2013-2017) strategic planning; 2-4 IND/clinical trial filing/yr; etc.
